Strangers help a young boy being bullied

In December 2014, 52 Lives heard about a 13 year old boy called Angus. Angus had been bullied because of scars he has on his head - the result of an operation following a bad car accident when he was 8.

Angus had been through a lot, and we wanted to send him some positive messages to kick off the New Year with. A few messages may seem insignificant in the big scheme of things, but who knows - maybe hearing some kind words from strangers all over the world could make a difference. We received so many beautiful messages, which we made into a video for Angus. We also asked if anyone would like to contribute to a Christmas gift for Angus. And thanks to so many kind strangers (Richard C, Richard H, Lucille P, Claire S, James F, Jo P, and Bronwyn M), Angus's mum was able to buy him the Christmas present of his dreams - a Playstation 4! We sent the video to Angus on New Year's Day, and he sent a video message in response.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make this happen. Despite my dodgy movie making skills, it was a beautiful thing!
