Sarah is given a voice

Last week, we were trying to find an iPad for Sarah, a 32 year old women with severe learning difficulties. The iPad would give her access to an app that would help her to really communicate for the first time.

I received an amazing £575 in gift cards and donations, which paid for the iPad she needs, and covered most of the cost of the app. We also received a brand new iPad cover for her.

Sarah and her mum, Carol, stopped by yesterday to collect everything. Carol was in shock. She said: "I just never knew people could be so kind."
